What services does Hotel Spa Terraza offer?
Hotel Spa Terraza, located in Roses, offers a bed and breakfast stay along with a full range of services including two dining options, room service, a spa with hydrotherapy and massage circuits, a heated pool, fitness room, meeting rooms, city bikes and electric mountain bikes, outdoor parking and indoor garage, as well as electric vehicle charging stations.
For a complete stay and a truly unique experience, we also provide dedicated MICE services for professionals and the exclusive Terraza Experience, designed to create lasting memories for every guest.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM.
If the room is ready before 4:00 PM, early check-in will be possible.
What are the cancellation and refund policies?
Cancellation Policies for 2025 Season:
More Flexible: For stays with check-in between April 4th and April 16th, 2025, and from September 21st, 2025 onward, cancellations or modifications* can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival.
Flexible: For stays with check-in between April 17th and June 26th, 2025 (inclusive), cancellations or modifications* can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival.
High Season: For stays with check-in between June 27th and September 20th, 2025 (inclusive), cancellations or modifications* can be made free of charge up to 72 hours before the day of arrival.
Non-refundable Rate: This rate does not allow changes or cancellations once the reservation is confirmed; in case of cancellation, applicable charges will apply.
If the reservation is modified, prices may vary according to the selected dates. If cancelled within the specified time frame before the arrival date, no charges will be made. If cancelled outside this period or in case of no-show, the hotel will charge the first night’s stay and cancel the reservation.
Does the hotel offer accessibility options?
Hotel Spa Terraza is fully accessible in all common areas and features an elevator throughout the building. Additionally, it offers specially equipped rooms for guests with reduced mobility.
Can I leave my luggage at Hotel Spa Terraza before check-in and/or after check-out?
Yes, luggage can be stored at the reception desk even if you do not yet have an assigned room or have already checked out.
What are the opening hours of the spa and gym?
The spa is open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Massages require prior appointment.
Access to the spa is permitted for guests aged 16 and over.
The gym is open for use at any time with your room key card.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Yes, Hotel Spa Terraza is pet-friendly and allows pets in the rooms with an additional charge of €20.00 per day.
Pets are welcome throughout the hotel grounds, except inside the restaurants.
Does the hotel offer parking spaces? Is there a charge?
Hotel Spa Terraza offers outdoor parking and an indoor garage, including accessible spaces and some equipped with electric vehicle chargers.
Parking and garage spaces must be reserved in advance and are subject to a fee. Reservations can be made directly on our website when booking your room or by contacting the reception team.
Are baby cots available?
Hotel Spa Terraza provides baby cots upon prior request at the time of booking and subject to availability.
Are spa access and treatments included with the reservations?
Direct bookings made through our website or by email include one complimentary hour per stay in our water circuit. This can be reserved in advance or directly at reception upon arrival or during your stay.
For non-direct bookings or if you wish to enjoy additional time in the water circuit, a special rate of €15 per person applies for our staying guests.
Can I check in online?
Yes, if you have booked directly with us, you will receive a link before your arrival to expedite the check-in process by filling in the guest details for your stay.
Upon arrival, we will verify everything for security purposes.
