What services does 1935 Hotel & Apartmentsoffer?

The 1935 Hotel & Apartaments in Roses offers a bed and breakfast accommodation option along with a range of exclusive services, including room service, a private spa with sauna, heated pool, meeting rooms, city bikes, electric mountain bikes, complimentary bicycles, outdoor parking and electric car chargers.
For a complete and truly distinctive stay, we also offer a dedicated MICE customer service for business clients, as well as our “Terraza Experience” — designed to create memorable moments for all guests.
Additionally, the hotel features a fully equipped event room, ideal for both MICE and group events, with a private restroom and integrated sound system.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and check-out can be done until 12:00 p.m.
If the room is ready earlier, guests may be allowed to check in before 4:00 p.m.

 

What are the cancellation and refund policies?

Cancellation and Refund Policies for the 2025 Season:

We’re more flexible: for stays with check-in between April 4, 2025 and April 16, 2025, and from September 21, 2025 onward, cancellations or modifications* are free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date.

Flexible: for stays with check-in between April 17, 2025 and June 26, 2025 (inclusive), cancellations or modifications* are free up to 48 hours before arrival.


High season: for stays with check-in between June 27, 2025 and September 20, 2025 (inclusive), cancellations or modifications* are free up to 72 hours before arrival.


Non-refundable rate: non-refundable bookings do not allow changes or cancellations once confirmed. In case of cancellation, the total amount will be charged.


*For modifications, the final price may vary depending on the new selected dates.
If the booking is cancelled within the stated timeframes before the arrival date, no charges will apply.
If the cancellation occurs after the deadline or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled.

Do the apartments offer the same services as the rooms?

Yes, both rooms and apartments offer the option to have breakfast at the hotel. Bed linen is provided and changed every two days, towels are included, and daily cleaning is offered.

1935 Hotel & Apartments offers both outdoor parking and indoor garage spaces, available for an additional fee (€20 per night). The hotel also has parking spots equipped with electric vehicle chargers. To use them, guests must download an app as indicated by reception. Parking spaces must be reserved at the time of booking the room.

Yes, if you wish to speed up the check-in process, we can send you a link where you can fill in the guest details for your stay.

Upon arrival, we will verify that all the information is correct for security reasons.

 

Can I leave my luggage at 1935 Hotel & Apartments before check-in and/or after check-out?

Yes, our reception service allows you to leave your luggage even if your room is not yet ready or after you have checked out.

What are the opening hours of the spa?

The opening hours of the spa and sauna at 1935 Hotel & Apartments are from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and prior reservation is required.
We also offer an à la carte massage service, with full details available in your room.

What are the opening hours of the pool?

Summer: from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Winter: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What are the opening hours of the bar?

The bar service is available both on the garden terrace and by the pool. For safety reasons, drinks by the pool are served in plastic cups to avoid any issues with broken glass.
Opening hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

 

Do you have bicycle parking available?

It is located in the covered garage, where there is a secure area for storing bicycles. To access it, please request special entry at reception.

 

Does the hotel provide pool towels?
