What services does Hotel Spa Terraza offer?

Hotel Spa Terraza, located in Roses, offers a bed and breakfast stay along with a full range of services including two dining options, room service, a spa with hydrotherapy and massage circuits, a heated pool, fitness room, meeting rooms, city bikes and electric mountain bikes, outdoor parking and indoor garage, as well as electric vehicle charging stations.

For a complete stay and a truly unique experience, we also provide dedicated MICE services for professionals and the exclusive Terraza Experience, designed to create lasting memories for every guest.

What services does the 1935 Hotel & Apartments offer?

The 1935 Hotel & Apartments in Roses, alongside the room service with bed and breakfast rates, offers room service, a private spa with sauna, heated pool, meeting rooms, leisure bicycles, electric mountain bikes, and complimentary bicycles, as well as outdoor parking and electric car chargers.

Additionally, for a complete stay and a unique experience, we offer our professional clients the MICE customer service, as well as the Terraza Experience service to provide all clients with a memorable experience.
We also have a fully equipped event room, suitable for both MICE and group events, which includes its own restroom and sound system.

What services do the Terraza Apartments offer?

The Terraza Apartments are equipped with satellite plasma TV, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower. They also have a washing machine, heating and cooling with a heat pump, and Wi-Fi connection. Bed linens and bath towels are included with a weekly change.

What are the cancellation and refund policies of the Hotels?

Cancellation rates for the 2025 season are as follows:

We are more flexible: for stays with check-in between 04/04/2025 and 16/04/2025 and from 21/09/2025 onwards: cancellation or modification* of the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the same day of arrival.

Flexible: for stays with check-in between 17/04/2025 and 26/06/2025 (dates included): cancellation or modification* of the reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the same day of arrival.

High season: for stays with check-in between 27/06/2025 and 20/09/2025 and between 24/12/2025 and 03/01/2026 (dates included): cancellation or modification* of the reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before the same day of arrival.

Non-refundable rate: The non-refundable rate does not allow changes or cancellations once the reservation is confirmed; in case of cancellation, the corresponding charges will apply.

*In case of modification of the reservation, the price will vary according to the selected dates. If the reservation is canceled within the time frame mentioned above before the arrival date, no charges will be made. If canceled outside the time frame or in case of no-show: the hotel will charge the first night of the stay and proceed to cancel the reservation.

What are the cancellation and refund policies for the apartments?

The cancellation rates for the 2025 season are as follows:

We are more flexible: cancellation or modification* of the reservation is free up to 7 days before the arrival date.

For modifications or cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date, the total amount paid in euros will be refunded.
For modifications or cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date, or in case of no-show, the total amount paid will not be refunded. In case of no-show, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

*In case of reservation modification, the price will vary according to the selected dates.

Do the establishments have accessibility options?

The Hotels as well as the apartments in Figueres are fully accessible in their common areas and have elevators for the entire building.
Hotel Terraza also has rooms specifically adapted for people with reduced mobility.
However, the Santa Maria and Almadrava apartments have stairs for access.
The Salatà Mar apartments as well as the apartments in Figueres have an elevator but the bathroom door is a bit narrow. Please ask for information before booking.

Can I leave my luggage at reception before check-in and/or after check-out?

It depends on the establishments:

At Hotel & Spa Terraza as well as at 1935 Ho

Regarding the Roses apartments, luggage can be left at the reception of 1935 Hotel & Apartments, where the check-in also takes place.

However, at the Figueres apartments, this service is not possible as there is no reception.

What are the opening hours of the spa and gym at Hotel Terraza?

The spa is open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Massages require prior appointment.

Access to the spa is permitted for guests aged 16 and over.

The gym is open for use at any time with your room key card.

Are pets allowed in the Hotels?

Hotel Spa Terraza is a pet-friendly hotel and allows pets in the room, with a supplement of €20.00 per day.

Pets can access the entire hotel premises except inside the restaurants.

However, they are not allowed at 1935 Hotel & Apartments.

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

Pets are only allowed in the Santa Maria apartments in Roses. There is no extra charge for them.

Do the Hotels have parking options? Are they paid?

Hotel & Spa Terraza and 1935 Hotel & Apartments have outdoor parking and indoor garage, as well as spaces with chargers for electric vehicles.

This is a paid service, and the parking spot must be reserved at the time of booking the room.

Do the apartments have parking options? Are they paid?

The Terraza Apartments have parking, with different features depending on each case, as specified below:

Salatà Mar Apartments: one parking space per apartment in a covered garage.

Santa María Apartments: one parking space per apartment in a communal outdoor parking lot.

Almadrava Apartment: one parking space in an outdoor parking lot.

Figueres Apartments: indoor garage, by reservation and paid service. The spaces are not suitable for large vehicles.

Do you have baby cots available?

We have baby cots available subject to availability in all the apartments as well as at Hotel Terraza.

We do not have cots at 1935 Hotel & Apartments since it is an "adults only" hotel.

Thank you for requesting the cot at the time of booking. You can mention it in the comments section of your reservation.

What are the check-in and check-out times of the hotels?

Check-in is guaranteed from 4:00 PM, and check-out can be done until 12:00 PM.

What are the check-in and check-out times of the apartments?

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM for the apartments in Roses and until 7:00 PM for the apartments in Figueres. Check-out can be done until 10:00 AM.
