From March 13 to 22, 2026, Roses is filled with flavor. For ten days, the Roses Tapas Route and DO Empordà Wine Route becomes the perfect excuse to go out, share moments and discover the best of our gastronomy and the wines of the land of the tramontana.
An invitation to stroll through the town, step into its bars and restaurants and let yourself be surprised, one tapa at a time.
Along the route you will enjoy a delicious journey through the cuisine of Roses. Each establishment presents its own creation so you can enjoy a varied experience full of flavors and nuances.
To complete this food and wine experience, every tapa is paired with a selection of wines, moscatels and sparkling wines from the DO Empordà wineries.
If you are visiting from outside the area, or simply want to enjoy the route without rushing, staying at 1935 Hotel & Apartments is the perfect option.
